Orders may be placed by phone during business hours by calling (727)462-9968 or 24 hours a day by using our Online Order Form.

We also accept Certified Bank/Cashiers Checks and US Postal Money Orders. Please note, although we do accept cash as a form of payment, we do not recommend sending cash through the mail. We will accept a Personnel or Company Check, however, please be aware that your order will be held a minimum of 2 weeks in order for your check to clear.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Need For Speed Gift Certificates are available year round for any amount and may be used towards any purchase. There is no return on Gift Certificates. Gift certificates may not be turned in for "cash". Entire Gift Certificate must be used toward purchase, change is not given.
SHIPPING:
Need For Speed uses UPS for all mail order shipments, except to APO's & FPO's. For APO's & FPO's, we use USPS.
RETURNS:
All returns must include a Return Authorization Number which you can obtain by calling our customer service department at (727)462-9968. The Return Authorization Number must appear on the front of the package being returned. Returns must be insured and the freight must be prepaid. We cannot accept any items shipped C.O.D. If we've sent you a defective or incorrect item, then Need For Speed will refund you the return freight. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt and must be in new & unused condition, and must be in the original packaging. Merchandise can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, for a refund, Need For Speed credit, or exchange. Merchandise may not be returned after 7 days. No returns will be allowed on used items, "special order" items, electrical or electronic items, literature, or Gift Certificates. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! ALL CANCELLED CREDIT CARD ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25 % CANCELLATION FEE IF THE CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN PROCESSED BEFORE THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!!
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Need For Speed takes all necessary precautions to ensure that all orders are packaged properly and that you receive them in good condition. Please inspect your order completely while the delivery driver is present and have he/she note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT CALL NEED FOR SPEED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT DAMAGES. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO NEED FOR SPEED. The carrier will take all necessary steps to settle the claim.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused. ALL REFUSED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!!
BACK ORDERS:
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order unless you indicate that an exchange should be made. All shipping charges are charged on the initial order. Back ordered items are usually shipped within 30 days, however, availability can change at any time and Need For Speed reserves the right to cancel any back order and issue a refund or a Need For Speed credit, whichever you prefer.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
All products are covered by the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Due to the nature of many performance products, some manufacturers do not offer any type of product warranty. Please call the manufacturer for warranty information on specific brands. Need For Speed shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase of or use of merchandise.
